In times of distress, we often feel lost and adrift. What are the beacons that will help us navigate the waters of uncertainty, suffering, and collective isolation? Together we’ll learn from the wise guides Julian of Norwich, the Buddha, and contemporary mystic teacher, James Finley.

We will engage in grounding practices that will bring us safely home to God’s loving presence. Our practices will include lectio divina, breath prayer, spiritual journal writing, and loving kindness meditation. This will be a deeply nourishing retreat with time for reflection, prayer, writing, and sharing in a supportive community.
