Please join us for an exciting upcoming event, Caregiver Conversations: A Day of Learning, Support, and Information Exchange.  This event will take place on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at the Pleasant Hill Community Center, 320 Civic Drive, Perera Pavilion, Pleasant Hill, CA, 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Hosted by Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA) and the Contra Costa County Area Agency on Aging, and in partnership with Jewish Family & Community Services-East Bay, Hillendale Home Care, John Muir/Mt. Diablo Community Health Fund, Supervisor Karen Mitchoff’s office and local family caregivers.
