CSL is preparing for our Heart of the Home annual fundraising Tour, to take place on April 28 and April 29, 2017.   We again have 5 beautiful homes donated by extraordinary generous Homeowners that will delight our 1000+ loyal Tour attendees.
In preparation for the event, we would ask our 2016 Grant Recipients to submit to us via email  (grants@ChildrensSupportLeague.org) the following:
1.  8 x 10 color jpeg (picture) exemplifying beneficiaries of the CSL Grant with appropriate activity (example:  children participating in a reading program).
2.  A 150 word paper (preferably editable) defining Agency mission statement, and identifying how CSL Grant has impacted a specific Agency program.
Your submission will be part of a visual presentation at our VIP Kickoff Party, attended by approximately 100 VIP Guests, Homeowners, Underwriters, and other CSL community.  In addition, we may use same visual presentation through out the 2017 Tour.
On a separate ask, if you have emailings or newsletters going out to your Agency community, CSL would very much appreciate a mention of the upcoming Tour, with objective to encourage additional participation.   I include some verbiage below, should your agency have an opportunity to publish on website and other.
“Children’s Support League (CSL)  is busy preparing for the 29th annual Heart of the Home TourApril 28 and 29, 2017. During this weekend CSL helps East Bay children who are at risk by raising money through the Tour, a Raffle, and a Silent Auction. Please help make this year’s Tour, Raffle and Silent Auction a huge success, because we can’t do it without you.
The raffle, silent auction, and ticket sales for our annual Heart of the Home Tour are critical in helping us achieve this year’s fundraising goal of $135,000.    Please get your tickets now by going to ChildrensSupportLeague.org.”
Thank you.
