Common Sense Kids Action – Right Start Town Hall

Join a conversation with former Congressman George Miller, the Office of Senator Steve Glazer and a panel of early childhood experts to find out how California may lead the Nation in ensuring all children have the RIGHT START.

CSKA is partnering with First 5 Contra Costa, CocoKids, Parent Voices, The California Work and Family Coalition, and the Contra Costa County Office of Education, as well as the Local Planning and Advisory Council for Early Care and Education to share the findings of the Right Start Commission’s report entitled “Rebuilding the California Dream.” We will present this blueprint for a child-centered system that nurtures every child from the beginning of life, followed by a panel discussion on opportunities for California to put children and families first.
