Defusing Teen Stress: Navigating Tough Times and Finding Healing

This will be an online webinar with three speakers talking about recognizing, preventing and healing teen stress, depression and suicidal tendencies. The speakers will share ideas based upon their different backgrounds and perspectives. The three speakers will be: Scott Chavez from the Contra Costa Crisis Hotline, Graham Wiseman, a well-known speaker who has been devoted to preventing teen suicide since tragically losing his own son to suicide and Melanie Wahlberg, a Christian Science Practitioner who will share healing ideas that can be found through prayer and a spiritual perspective that identities us as God’s beloved children.
