East meets west in this journey of deepening your connection to the Divine through Qigong, meditation, and prayer involving your body, mind, and spirit. You will experience: Abba-Imma Qigong (the embodied Lord’s Prayer); the value of prayer in community; the relationship of the Divine Feminine to Abba-Imma Qigong and to one’s personal spiritual practice.
