In disaster response, leaders need to think fast, integrate new information, formulate unique solutions, and act in the face of uncertainty.  In other words – improvise!

The training will be presented by Susan Snyder, a Lecturer at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a Civilian Trainer for the City of Berkeley CERT program. Susan utilizes her background in counseling psychology, disaster preparedness training, and theatrical improvisation to create interactive, impactful educational experiences.

I recently participated in this training with Susan and I can attest to its relevance and power, particularly as we confront uncertainty through and beyond the COVID-19 crisis.

To get maximum benefit from the training, it is recommended that you join via video conference rather than phone.
