Monument Crisis Center Simple Supper

Our dedicated staff and Heartfelt Committee once again created a beautiful event, our only major fundraiser of the year. Thank you to all of you who participated and for all of your ongoing support of MCC.

Of course, in the meantime nothing here at the center stopped and we are busier than ever serving clients and providing resources to those in need. This month we have four interns from local nursing schools serving in our health and wellness program sharpening their skills and learning about the care of marginalized patients. They along with the many other interns who join us from colleges throughout the Bay Area add to the continual growth of programs and services that we may offer, and greatly help us to continue to offer a large range of safety net assistance.

And this spring, instead of having our usual breakfast, the MCC Faith Community is hosting the return of the MCC SIMPLE SUPPER, THURSDAY MARCH 30th at 5:30PM. This is the first Simple Supper we have hosted at the new center. Please invite all of those in your Faith Community who may be interested. We will have tours, Poverty Project  information, opportunities for your community to get involved and sharing about poverty and hunger in our community. We hope that you can join us. RSVP please.

As always this is a great time to hold a food drive or collect prizes for our Senior Bingo program. See the info below. Thank you again for all of your continued support and looking forward to seeing you on the 30th.
