Sponsored by Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N), an East Bay partnership among Christians, Jews and Muslims whose mission is to grow understanding, respect and appreciation for the religions of the world, via social initiatives that promote deep inter-relationships among individuals of all ages, generations, cultures and beliefs.
At this year’s picnic, local artist Bill Carmel will assist us in creating a Montage of Sacred Words, similar to this one created with the support of Peace Lutheran Church in Danville. Neighbor to Neighbor will add to the Montage at subsequent events and it can be one of the banners we use to identify ourselves in community activities through the years.
