Let us join together in praise and prayer, song and movement! This will be our 19th annual New Years Eve celebration!
Sufi DANCES of UNIVERSAL PEACE 8:00-10:30pm
at Dance Connection, 2956 Treat Blvd., Concord
This is a spacious Dance Studio is located in Oak Grove Plaza behind Pete’s coffee.
It’s a pleasure to be indoors with both warmth and good acoustics to amplify our songs and prayers! The lovely sprung wood floors will be wonderful for our feet and bodies.
Due to the uncertainty of Covid and Omicron, we will wear masks indoors.
We have extra masks, gloves and hand sanitizer available.
Requested donation: $10 – $20 (please do not stay away for lack of funds)
if you are able to offer more, it will help to cover rental cost.
The Dances of Universal Peace are simple, meditative, and joyous circle dances.
They use sacred phrases, chants, movement, and music from the world’s wisdom traditions.
There are no performers, no audience, and no partner or experience is needed.
All ages, races, genders, sexualities, religions, faiths, cultures and abilities are welcome!
Please join us as we embody our prayers for all peoples and beings of Creation!
