Poor People’s Campaign Contra Costa Trainings

Thanks to all of those who were able to attend the East County Poor People’s Campaign Rally on June 23rd!!!

We are preparing some trainings for the fall, and we want you to save some dates for these trainings so we can start meeting with elected leaders as soon as possible.

Three evenings,
Thursday, September 13th at 7:30 pm.
Tuesday, October 2nd at 7:30 pm.
Wednesday, October 17th at 7:30 pm.

These trainings will share some of the wisdom that has been shared from the Multi-Faith ACTION Coalition task forces, the Social Justice Alliance of ICCCC and the those who have gone through the East County Community Leaders Network training by the Center for Human Development.

We will take all of our best practices, and learn how to be good advocates in front of our elected leaders and share the needs of everyday Californians.
