Screening For Suicidality – online event hosted by John Muir Health

As we are entering the third month of living with the response to the Coivd-19 pandemic, some mental health experts warn that mental health is the next pandemic.

Please join the John Muir Health Chaplains for a seminar taught by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Joanna Peterson. Joanna is the Manager of Social Services & Expressive Arts Therapy at the John Muir Health Behavioral Health Center.

In this seminar you will learn to:

• Understand mental health needs in light of the pandemic

• Describe risk factors of suicidality

• Ask questions to screen for suicide
