Ever wonder how the Contra Costa County budget is developed? Where the funding comes from? What it can be spent on? How budget decisions are made? This workshop will explore how those decisions impact the community and the issues that you care about. We’ll also take a closer look at funding for services for the homeless and how affordable housing gets developed and funded.
