Volunteers needed this week at Emeryville Citizens Assistance Program (ECAP)

| FreeECAP volunteers needed next Tuesday and Thursday: Through this turbulent year of health orders and restrictions, our friends at ECAP have continued working hard to get food to families and individuals in need. In this spirit, they will again take approximately 1500 meals around Oakland, Emeryville, and Berkeley on Saturday, December 19. They are in great need of volunteers to help next week to prepare, particularly on Tuesday and Thursday: Signup here
