EarthCare Alliance at Unity of Walnut Creek ‘Tending Our Sacred Grounds’ ceremony and community clean up

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Award-winning EarthCare Alliance Celebrates New Achievement

The EarthCare Alliance at Unity of Walnut Creek, a leader in promoting a cleaner, healthier community and teaching others how to save money, has completed their 12 year journey to achieve the completion of ‘The Path to EarthCare’.

Led by Senior Minister, Rev. Kristin Powell, President/Chair of the Board, Richard Flander, and environmental program leader, Lee Sparling, the EarthCare Alliance at Unity of Walnut Creek has integrated care for the earth into its ministry program. Their dedication to their vision of “All humanity lives in a spiritual consciousness that manifests as loving coexistence with all creation and care for our Earth home” has been recognized by the EarthCare Team with a Certificate of Achievement at Level C, making them just the twenty-fourth congregation in Unity Worldwide Ministries to do so.

In celebration of this achievement, and Earth Day 2023, they are inviting all to their ‘Tending Our Sacred Grounds’ ceremony and community clean up day on April 22nd from 1 to 5pm. During the event, attendees can enjoy an Earth Day ceremony, clean up the grounds including the Labyrinth at 1871 Geary Rd.,Walnut Creek, CA 94597 and feel free to bring a potluck item to join others who care about the environment.
