Free computer classes for 8-12th graders interested in STEM jobs.

| FreeAfter the murder of George Floyd and others, some of the members in our community who work in Silicon Valley companies/startups reach out to us and offer their time/knowledge to help to close the gap between the tech industry and disadvantaged communities’ kids. They hope to give these high school students inspiration in STEM area jobs.
They offer free computer classes to high school students, especially for black kids. They can find more info and to register on a web site here: https://cs50.thinkific.com/courses/cs50-for-students.
The course will start on October 10, 2020 at 11:30 AM and it will continue 12 weeks at the same day and time. It is designed for 8th graders and high school students.
