Faith Communities: Please help inform low income families about an Important government food aid program deadline

Many Eligible Families only have until July 15th to enroll in Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT).

P-EBT cards provide up to $365 per child in food access benefits. Funds are doubled to $730 when purchasing fresh, local produce at farmers markets with market match.

These benefits are available to all students who are eligible for free or reduced price lunch, including undocumented immigrants and newly eligible families. Once enrolled P-EBT funds can be used for a full year.

Some received cards in the mail already but some 250,000 families in the Bay Area also need to enroll.

Learn how you can inform your community about this opportunity.
